Why do I ask? My girlfriend & I have "re-met" after ump-teen years. We had our 1st date at the local drive-in Summer of 1978 as teenagers, & we're both trying to figure out what was showing up on that dang screen! Neither one of us

I hate to ruin your time frame but according to the studio release date, MovieWeb, Ropeofsilicon.com and IMDB it was released in the USA on December 8, 1978
